Course Overview

This course has been designed for beginners in mind. It is an introduction into the features of Adobe Photoshop, guiding the delegates around the imaging tools required to enhance and manipulate graphics, in order for them to be placed into publications.

Prerequisites

For delegates to attend this course, they should be confident users of a pc, demonstrating the ability to save, open and close files.

Objectives

Delegates will be able to:

Resize photographs
Understand the issues surrounding resolution
Reduce red-eye from photographs
Cut out an object from a graphic and save it as a new file
Merge several graphics together using layering techniques to create one graphic
