Microsoft Outlook Computer Training in the North East

What is Microsoft Outlook?

Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager. Although often used mainly as an e-mail application, Microsoft Outlook also provides a calendar, task and contact management, note taking, a journal and web browsing. It can be used as a stand-alone application, but can also operate in conjunction with Microsoft Exchange Server to provide enhanced functions for multiple users in an organisation, such as shared mailboxes and calendars, public folders and meeting time allocation.

Our Training

Our public scheduled, tutor-led courses take place at our training venues in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and Washington. If these locations are not convenient, you can choose to have a private course at your site or at a convenient location in the North East and throughout the UK.

Our Outlook courses cover introduction and advanced levels. To ensure you get exactly what you want out of your Microsoft Outlook training in the North East, you can choose to have a course based directly on an Outlook outline, or you can customise an Outlook course outline to fit your organisation's specific requirements. Please click on the link to view the outline.
