After attending the Microsoft Outlook Level 1 course delegates will be able to:
- Open Outlook to send an email to multiple contacts, and confirm when the email was read
- Customise Outlook so that your signature and background show on all new emails
- Create a new folder to store emails from a particular person or group
- Create an appointment to arrange a team meeting, check the availability for all the people attending the meeting
