Course Overview
Negotiation, whether with colleagues or external contacts, can be frustrating and unnecessarily confrontational if not handled correctly. However, with the correct skills negotiation can be positive and informative, leading all parties to a greater understanding of each others needs. This course will help delegates plan for and carry out successful negotiation.
